Review for Online service - cheapest price online for perfume, was a little worried it'd be fake or crap service or something like the other 'cheapest' options i found once i read reviews. Turns out it was simple and quick to check out and product I got was new, un-opened and what they said it’d be. Got what I wanted. Will use again

It appears that you onky respond to PUBLIC reviews and not to actual emails i sent an email 16 July at 16.22 and another email in response to Carlos's answer to my review on this site on 17 July using the reference number supplied. But to date have not received a response to either of my emails. Is your response to the public review just "lip service".

Feedback from my visit to Savers today 14/07/2022 at 5-7 Cheapside , Leicester. I am really not happy with the customer service I received today. I was served today at 12:00:49 by a lady named Holly. The amount of my purchase was £6.03, I gave the lady a £20 note and asked her if I could give her an extra 3p so I don't end up with too many changes, before I even finished my sentence she had already closed her till and told me that it was too late. She was obviously rushing and wanted me out. When taking the change from my £20 note , I politely asked her if she could change all the small changes she had just given me with a £1 coin and she told me that she was unable to do that as the till was already closed. She never apologised for not having listened to my request before closing her till, but her attitude seemed like she was expecting me to leave so that she could serve the next customer. But I decided to wait on the side so that she will serve the next customer and hopefully give me the change that she should have given me at the first time, the next customer did not paid by cash so I had to wait even longer.Fortunately a lady came for a refund and to process her query they needed to call the manager, so the manager came down and she had to sort out different queries and I finally got the correct change. I truly was amazed by the lack of effort and the attitude of that particular staff, I believe that a lot of training has to be made as the standard that I witnessed today was very poor.

Great Service and a Great Price!
I’ve recently ordered 2 bottles of Riemann P20 sunscreen at £15.99 each for 200 mls which was the best price anywhere we could see.
Not only was it the cheapest, but they were good enough to give me cheap delivery (£1.99) which was prompt and efficient, so well done!
Absolutely disgusting service in Rhyl, if you're Scottish stay well clear!!!!
Absolutely disgusting service in the Savers shop in Rhyl. Refused to take a Scottish £10 note and the manager's attitude was utterly appalling!! The way she spoke to me was absolutely disgusting. I had enough to pay in £1 but after the way I was treated I left the items and went to another shop who took the £10 without a second glance.

Had a problem with one of my parcels so emailed savers , replied within 20 minutes, half an hour later all sorted and re shipped thanks to Sanya excellent service!!

Hermes/Evri let's you down
Unfortunately Hermes/Evri didn't deliver my parcel,emailed savers who looked into it and offered to replace or refund I choose a refund which was all sorted very quickly thankyou.

I emailed customer service yesterday morning when I hadn't received my parcel which the courier had received last Thurs but I hadn't had , within a hr customer service had looked into it found it had been lost in transit & got me a replacement out which I received this morning excellent customer service.

5 years and the drinks chiller is still not fixed.
Last year head office replied to my complaint on trust pilot but it was just lip service.
This place take the mickey - put the price if bottled water up in the summer - BUT ITS STILL WARM AND THE CHILLER STILL NOT WORKING.
Disgraceful the way they treat the public.

Great company shame about their delivery partner choice.
Unfortunately I didn’t receive the products i ordered because Evri/Hermes managed to damage the parcel and it disappeared into their black hole.
However, the customer service i received from Savers was brilliant! It was easy to contact them via an online chat, and they were quickly able to offer either a replacement or refund. (More online retailers could take a lesson here, trying to contact Home Bargains after Evri/Hermes lost my parcel was horrendous).
So i will be shopping with them again and a shout out to Carlos who sorted this for me!

Lovely lady at the till
I had a great experience last Sunday being served by Ola , Savers Burnt Oak branch. She is polite, very kind , knowledgeable about perfumes and professional. I was very pleased with my purchase , my sister even asked me to get her the same perfume. I will definitely be back!

The rudest shop assistant I’ve come across the Sudbury savers please avoid if you dare ask a question, she finds it funny , I tell you what I find funny I want be spending my money there !!
A 5 star experience.
Im really happy with my Savers experience. As a first time customer its always a fingers crossed that all goes well situation, but my experience was positive.
Of course Evri couldn't have messed up my delivery more yesterday and it wasn't delivered which caused me so much stress and to have to contact savers customer service to sort out an incorrect spelling in my address issue. Sophie replied the next day confirming its coming to the correct address, she checked the tracking info and told me what time it was coming today and was really helpful offering to sort any other issues if needed.
The package arrived today and was well packaged, and all the items were there and Savers had included some free gifts for me which was 3 tubes of Neutrogena hand cream which l actually really needed! A really nice gesture, l wish more companies would show appreciation like this, its made the negative EVRI experience sting a little less. Thanks Savers and Sophie l will return soon.
